Kahwa Coffee, a locally owned and operated coffee roaster with myriad locations throughout the region, will give out free small coffee drinks on National Coffee Day, September 29. That’s a free small coffee drink of your choosing (this includes the seasonal special pumpkin spiced latte).
The coffee roaster recently celebrated the opening of the new GreenWise Market in Water Street Tampa. Kahwa is the official coffee of the new Pours cafe inside those markets.
Kahwa owners Raphael and Sarah Perrier opened Kahwa Coffee in downtown St. Pete 15 years ago. Kahwa just celebrated its 15 year anniversary, and operates more than a dozen locations across the Tampa Bay region.
The cafes feature baked goods from local companies such as Pop Goes the Waffle, We Vegan Eats, and Retro Oven St. Petersburg. Their cafes often spotlight local artists, too.
The coffee roaster also enjoys wholesale partnerships with some of the best restaurants in St. Petersburg. You can find Kahwa at St. Pete gems such as Urban Stillhouse, The Hollander Hotel, Love Food Central, Parkshore Grill, Ruth’s Chris, 2nd and Second, The Wooden Rooster, and The Bakery at Cassis.
Kahwa does have a new 4th Street drive-thru in the works that will be comprised of three refurbished shipping containers at 6623 4th Street North.
A specific opening date is still TBA, but you can follow Kahwa on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for updates.
